Click on "Forgot Password" on the login page.
A new password will be emailed to you. You will need to enter your user name.
If you do not know your user name, or do not get an email, you will need to contact your supervisor directly so they can reset your password and give you your user name.
Some Internet providers and web accelerator programs result in invalid information being sent to Natural Insight. As a result, you may need to disable any speed-enhancing/accelerator/optimizer programs running on your computer.
