If you have forgotten your password but know your user name you can have a new password emailed to you. Simply select the link “Forgot Password” located under the password field on log in screen, enter your user name and we will send a new password to the email address that we have on file.
If you do not know your user name, or do not get an email, you will need to contact your supervisor directly so they can reset your password and give you your user name.

Some Internet providers and web accelerator programs result in invalid information being sent to Natural Insight. As a result, you may need to disable any speed-enhancing/accelerator/optimizer programs running on your computer. You may also try changing the settings for it to not work with the “www.naturalinsight.com” and “my.naturalinsight.com” Web sites.
