The Web-based solution has added work validation and tracking components which allow companies to better manage large-scale projects in various job locations.

The new “Photo Verification” component allows a worker to upload before and after photos of the project directly to NaturalInsight. When reporting, a pop-up query automatically reminds the worker about the required picture and pulls it directly into the appropriate project photo gallery. The photos are then integrated into a tracking report to enable companies to quickly and easily verify that the assigned tasks have been completed.

A “Check-In” utility has also been added, providing real-time monitoring of workers as they arrive onsite for time-critical projects. Workers dial into a user-friendly telephone system that recognizes their mobile phone number and requests the worker confirm their location. This new component is also proactive in notifying a company when a worker is late or has not arrived to their specified location.
