Problems Taking a Survey
Some Internet providers and web accelerator programs result in invalid information being sent to Natural Insight. As a result, you may need to disable any speed-enhancing/accelerator/optimizer programs running on your computer. You may also try changing the settings for it to not work with the "www.naturalinsight.com" and "my.naturalinsight.com" Web sites.
