Business Development Representative 

We are seeking a highly self-motivated and organized Business Development Representative (BDR) to uncover new sales opportunities for Natural Insight.  The BDR will be responsible for prospecting new qualified sales leads and scheduling initial meetings for the Account Executives within the sales organization, with the objective of introducing Natural Insight’s software-as-a-service solution for hourly workforce management.  This will include prospecting, cold-calling, and qualifying leads according to the Natural Insight sales process and methodologies.

Director of System Engineering

The Director of Systems Engineering works closely with the Vice President of Technical Services to ensure that the hosting infrastructure, internal IT systems, and all associated processes and subsystems are supporting Natural Insight’s business needs. The primary responsibility of the Director of Systems Engineering is to architect, implement, maintain, and monitor a highly scalable, secure, redundant, multi-datacenter system infrastructure to host the Natural Insight SaaS platform.

Director of Product Management

We are seeking a creative and detail oriented individual to fill the role of Director of Product Management. The Director of Product Management is responsible leading the effort that defines the characteristics and capabilities of the Natural Insight SaaS platform. Candidates are expected to be able to lead and manage a small team of technical content generators and Product Owners to extend the existing features as well as defining additional new features or products based on Natural Insight’s business strategy and client/prospect input. As a working manager, candidates can expect to work with clients, sales prospects, the management team, client services team, and engineering team to gather feature requests for platform enhancements. The ideal candidate will be able to balance these different needs to maximize growth of the business by optimizing the utilization of the company’s engineering teams. In addition, the ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and be able to write detailed functional users stories that will consider customer demands, front-end design, database design, and backend structure.
