OVERVIEW: The Quality Assurance Engineer works with the technology team to understand features and technical implementation, design and define the QA processes, develop repeatable and automatable QA systems, identify use cases and create test plans, define test strategies, and create manual and automated test cases in order to report to stakeholders on the quality and reliability of South49 Solutions’ products.
The Systems Engineer works closely with the Vice President of Engineering and the managed services team to ensure that the hosting infrastructure, internal IT systems, and all associated processes and subsystems are supporting Natural Insight's business needs. The primary responsibility of the Systems Engineer is to help architect, implement, maintain, and monitor a highly scalable, secure, redundant, multi-datacenter system infrastructure to host the Natural Insight SaaS platform.
We are seeking a highly self-motivated and organized Business Development Representative (BDR) to uncover new sales opportunities for Natural Insight. The BDR will be responsible for prospecting new qualified sales leads and scheduling initial meetings for the Account Executives within the sales organization, with the objective of introducing Natural Insight’s software-as-a-service solution for hourly workforce management. This will include prospecting, cold-calling, and qualifying leads according to the Natural Insight sales process and methodologies.
